User Account

Creating an account enables full access to PropertyDealTop’s services. You agree to maintain accurate information and secure your credentials.

You are responsible for providing truthful and up-to-date information in your PropertyDealTop account profile.

Protecting your account information and password confidentiality is your responsibility. Notify PropertyDealTop immediately if unauthorized use is suspected.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable; sharing login information with others is prohibited.

If your account is compromised, promptly inform PropertyDealTop to mitigate unauthorized activities.

PropertyDealTop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating terms or engaging in suspicious activities.

Service Description

We may modify or enhance services; such changes will be communicated via PropertyDealTop.link or direct user notifications.

Service availability may be subject to interruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances; PropertyDealTop strives to minimize downtime.

Rules of Conduct

Users must adhere to conduct guidelines designed to ensure a secure and respectful environment on PropertyDealTop.

• Do not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information about properties or transactions.
• Refrain from harassing or discriminating against other users or staff members.
• Avoid unauthorized use of PropertyDealTop intellectual property including logos and content.
• Do not engage in activities that compromise platform security or user privacy.
• Comply with all applicable Canadian laws governing real estate and online conduct.
• Report any suspicious or abusive behavior encountered on the platform.
• Use the platform in a manner consistent with its intended real estate transaction purposes only.

User Content

Users may submit content such as property details, reviews, or messages on the platform under these terms.

Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant PropertyDealTop a license to use it for service operation and promotion.

By uploading content, you grant PropertyDealTop a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify your submissions as necessary.

Users are solely responsible for their posted content and must ensure it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

PropertyDealTop may remove content that violates terms or is deemed inappropriate without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the PropertyDealTop platform, including software and content, are owned or licensed by PropertyDealTop.

• Users must not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
• Reverse engineering or extracting platform source code is prohibited.

Paid Services

Limitation of Liability

Termination
